A Call to Prayer - Amendment 3

As an organization, we rarely speak on political matters. However, there are times, like this November, when we are asked to vote on policies that we view as far more biblical than political. We believe this is the case with the upcoming vote on Amendment 3. Without a doubt, Amendment 3 stands directly opposed to God’s Word and to the sanctity of human life. As Christ-followers, we are commanded to value and protect all human life and speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves.

We’d like to invite you to join us in prayer over the next 7 days.

The Chat Is Back!

In 2021, we did a series on our podcast called The Chat which featured several of our pastors and leaders.  We were able to hear personal testimonies, calls to ministry, and get a glimpse at what God is doing around Waypoint.  We are excited to announce that we are doing another round called The Chat - Part Two.  We are blessed with several new staff members as well as some different roles for some existing staff.  We will be releasing new episodes every Thursday for the next several weeks. We hope you enjoy getting to know a little more about some of our leaders!

WKND 2024

SAVE THE DATE STUDENTS!! The WKND is moving to November 1-3rd!

The WKND 2024 is a weekend-long event all about two things: leading lost students to the Savior Jesus Christ and helping grow and challenge students in their existing faith and relationship with Jesus. There will be food, activities, games, worship, guest speakers, overnight stay at host homes and so much more.

- Registration begins 9/11/24 and ends 10/20/24
- Open to 6th - 12th graders
- From 6:30 PM Friday, November 1st, to 11:00 AM Sunday, November 3rd

Operation Christmas Child Packing Party

WayKids invites you and your family to this year's Operation Christmas Child packing party on November 14th, from 6:30 - 8:00 PM in G-101. 
WayKids provides the boxes and filler items. We ask that you provide the shipping cost for at least the number of boxes you plan to pack. Shipping is $10 per box.

We're collecting the following items now through November 9:
- Mini Foam Athletic Balls
- Pencil Sharpeners
- Socks
- Mini Notebooks / Coloring Books
- Hair Accessories

The Young Adult Collective Friendsgiving family dinner is back! Join us on Nov 19th at 7:07 PM for a night designed to fellowship and focus on all that we have to be thankful for. The event is free, but you ask that you RSVP for dinner. We will provide the main course but be thinking about what family favorite side dish or dessert you can bring to share.

Young At Heart - 11/6

Our senior adults will gather in the chapel for devotion, entertainment, lunch and fellowship on Wednesday, November 6th at 10:30 AM. The cost is $10. To make a reservation, please call the church office at (636) 928 - 9757. Reservations should be made by November 3rd.
