Make Room

On Sunday, July 13th, we took an exciting next step toward the debt-free acquisition of the 4 acres adjacent to our Wentzville Campus. It was a powerful day of unity, vision, and generosity as we came together for Pledge Sunday, aiming to raise an initial $500,000 as a deposit of faith toward this mission. If you missed the opportunity to participate, we are still collecting pledge cards on Sunday July 20th! We’re inviting everyone to be part of this significant moment in the life of our church.

HOW YOU CAN PARTICIPATE:

1. Pray – Ask the Lord to lead you in wisdom and generosity.

2. Prepare – Listen for the Spirit and consider how you can fuel the mission and activity of God.

3. Pledge – You can still cheerfully support the initiative with your gift or commitment. Let’s continue moving forward together in faith!

Adopt a Teacher

Back to school already? Waypoint’s annual Adopt-a-Teacher is back! This is a great chance to show our local teachers how much we appreciate them. If you'd like to bless a teacher this school year, sign up today!

You’ll be matched with a teacher in mid-July and receive their personalized wish list. Please return all gifts to the church by August 3rd so we can prepare for the teacher luncheons before school begins.

Romania Mission Trip

We are thrilled to announce an opportunity to serve across the seas! From October 31 to November 8, 2025, Waypoint will be sending a team to serve alongside our mission partner, IAM (International Access to Missions), in Romania to deliver winter coats to children in underprivileged communities—including public schools and mission churches—while sharing the life-changing message of Jesus Christ. If you're interested in being part of the team, please apply below.

Evangelism Core Class

Sharing your faith doesn't have to be intimidating. One of our mission partners will lead this class using a combination of lectures, interactive discussions, and hands-on practice. Through this, you will learn effective communication strategies, overcome common objections, and gain a deeper understanding of the biblical foundations of evangelism. The class will also provide opportunities for you to share your own story and receive feedback. Whether you are a seasoned evangelist or just starting to explore your role in God's mission, this class will empower you to share the hope of the gospel with others. Class will be held on Wednesday nights from July 30th - August 20th at 6:15 - 8:00 PM in Room G-102.

Young At Heart - 8/6

Our senior adults will gather in the chapel for devotion, entertainment, lunch, and fellowship on Wednesday, August 6th at 10:30 AM. To make a reservation, please call the church office at (636) 928-9757. Reservations should be made by Sunday, August 3rd.

Discover Waypoint One-Day

On Saturday, July 26th, from 10:00AM - 1:00PM, Waypoint Church will be offering our 5-week membership class as a one-day event. If you have a regular commitment that has prohibited you from joining our Sunday morning five-week class, this may be a great alternative for you! We will be covering five sessions in three hours requiring a bit of pre-work before attending the class. Lunch will be provided.

Starting Point For Kids - Aug 10th

Starting Point is a class for kids to learn about becoming a Christian and the next step of baptism. There is no cost to attend. This session of Starting Point will be held on August 10, 11:00 AM-12:00 PM in G-102. The class is designed with the elementary-aged child in mind, but other ages are welcome. At least one parent or guardian is expected to participate with the child. Registration is open. Sign up today!

Promotion Sunday

We are excited to promote kids to their new grades, classes, & life groups starting August 17th. Promotion Sunday includes kids turning 3 by July 31, 2026, through 12th grade. So be ready for new adventures!

• Pre-school - 5th grade will be in WayKids. New rooms will be reflected on the children's check-in tags beginning August 17.

• 6-12th grade will be in Student Ministry.

- MDWK: They attend Midweek all together each Wednesday at The Realm, 6:30-8:00 PM.

- Life Groups: 6-8th graders meet at The Realm Sundays, 9:30-10:45 AM. 9-12th graders meet at host homes Sundays, 6:30-8:00 PM. See our website for details. waypointchurch.com/students
